Certain offenses may be dismissible with a $10.00 fee and documentation that all requirements have been timely met. Select “Explore Options” to submit your compliance dismissal request. It is important that you review the requirements before uploading your documents. In most cases, the court will review your submission within 5 business days. If your request is denied, a conviction will be entered and you will owe the remaining balance. If you do not see the option to request a dismissal and believe your violation should qualify, you should call the court before the appearance date on your ticket.
